FMA Italy will organize at their office in Milan a Workshop focusing on the recruitment of IT engineers.
Within the IT world, the offer of computer scientists and computer engineers is lower compared to the demand of Italian and European companies. As a first consequence, companies evaluated the possibility to hire these technicians from other countries.
For this reason, Future Manager Alliance, the first global player focused on the executive search of young managers present in 29 countries and operative in 35, is organizing an event on the subject, aimed at identifying operational solutions to this specific type of market deficiency.
Our center of excellence in IT at a global level, allows the creation of Recruiting projects in countries where the number of computer scientists and computer engineers is higher than in Italy; and where candidates themselves show motivation for an international transfer.
During our workshop, we will talk about technical processes, issues related to hiring candidates with different cultures, and verification of the legal specifics, and how FMA can provide support in all 3 matters.
Below you can find the agenda of the event:
- Description of the Italian legal framework and possible complications;
- Profiling and Compensation of these specific resources, also globally;
- Skype connection with our colleagues in South Africa and Mexico, as managers of our IT Center of Excellence;
- Timing of these projects, the costs and phenomena of cross-culture and the integration of these profiles.
Participation to the workshop is free and with limited numbers of participants.
